Pengendalian hipertensi dengan cerdik pada masyarakat Kelurahan Rancanumpang
Abstrak
Hipertensi adalah masalah kesehatan serius dengan potensi dampak fatal yang membutuhkan penanganan yang tepat. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah melalui program CERDIK di Kelurahan Rancanumpang, Kecamatan Gedebage, yang memiliki tingkat kasus hipertensi yang tinggi. Tujuan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengendalian hipertensi dengan metode CERDIK. Program ini mencakup pemeriksaan kesehatan dan pendidikan kesehatan melalui CERDIK sebagai upaya pengendalian hipertensi. Pemeriksaan kesehatan juga dilakukan door-to-door. Program melibatkan partisipasi 450 warga, dengan 120 orang menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin. Dari pemeriksaan ini, 44 orang didiagnosis dengan hipertensi berdasarkan tekanan darah di atas 140/80 mmHg, menunjukkan relevansi penerapan CERDIK. Selama program, pendidikan kesehatan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengendalian hipertensi, dampaknya, pencegahan, dan asupan nutrisi yang tepat. Evaluasi program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman, terutama setelah penyuluhan. Program ini juga berhasil mentransfer pengetahuan tentang pengendalian hipertensi, aspek psikologis yang terkait, dan perawatan yang diperlukan. Program ini menjadi contoh positif dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengendalian hipertensi di Kelurahan Rancanumpang. Hal ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengembangkan upaya pencegahan dan penanganan masalah kesehatan.

ABSTRACT
Hypertension is a serious health issue with potentially fatal consequences that necessitates appropriate treatment. The approach utilized to address this problem is the CERDIK program in Rancanumpang Village, Gedebage District, which has a high prevalence of hypertension cases. The objective is to enhance awareness and management of hypertension through the CERDIK method. This program encompasses health assessments and health education delivered through CERDIK as a means to manage hypertension. Health assessments are also conducted through home visits. The program involved the participation of 450 residents, with 120 individuals undergoing regular health assessments. From these examinations, 44 people were diagnosed with hypertension based on blood pressure readings exceeding 140/80 mmHg, underscoring the importance of implementing CERDIK. Throughout the program, health education enhances public knowledge about hypertension control, its consequences, prevention, and appropriate nutritional intake. Program evaluation reveals an increase in understanding, particularly following counseling sessions. The program effectively disseminates knowledge about hypertension management, associated psychological aspects, and necessary treatments. This program serves as a positive example in endeavors to raise awareness and control hypertension in Rancanumpang Village. This underscores the significance of developing initiatives for the prevention and treatment of health issues.
