Pelatihan pemaafan untuk membantu mengoptimalkan kesejahteraan subjektif perempuan korban KDRT

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) bukan hanya kekerasan fisik semata-mata, jenis kekerasan ini seringkali mencakup berbagai tingkat kekerasan psikologis, emosional, dan ekonomi, yang menyebabkan masalah yang mendalam dan konsekuensi jangka panjang bagi korban. Terdapat bukti bahwa pelatihan pemaafan sebagai intervensi psikologis dapat membantu orang yang mengalami trauma psikologis akibat KDRT. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pelatihan pemaafan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif perempuan yang menjadi korban kekerasan domestik. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 3 responden korban KDRT yang masih hidup bersama pasangannya. Metode pelatihan aktif berbasis pengalaman menggunakan diskusi, studi kasus, dan relaksasi selama satu kali pertemuan, melalui kegiatan persiapan, implementasi, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Pengukuran keberhasilan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner PANAS (Possitive Affect Negative Affect Schedule). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa rerata skor kesejahteraan subjektif meningkat sebanyak 22.4. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pemaafan adalah cara yang efektif untuk membantu pemulihan emosional dan mental perempuan korban KDRT, pelatihan ini membekali para korban KDRT untuk membantu dalam proses penyembuhan dan optimalisasi kesejahteraan subjektif mereka. Kesimpulan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pelatihan pemaafan dapat dimasukkan ke dalam program rehabilitasi bagi korban KDRT untuk membantu mereka mengatasi dampak psikologis jangka panjang akibat tindakan pelaku KDRT.
