Pelatihan penyusunan bahan ajar digital yang berorientasi pembelajaran abad 21 bagi guru di Kabupaten Buleleng Bali

Pada konteks globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi kebutuhan akan pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman semakin mendesak. Guru bahasa Indonesia sebagai agen pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan siswa memiliki keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pelatihan intensif yang fokus pada pengembangan bahan ajar digital yang berpusat pada pembelajaran abad ke-21 mencakup berbagai aspek seperti kreativitas, kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap sekelompok guru bahasa Indonesia yang mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan guru dalam penyusunan bahan ajar digital serta dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kualitas bahan ajar digital yang berorientasi pembelajaran abad-21 bagi guru bahasa Indonesia. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan praktik pembelajaran yang lebih relevan dengan konteks zaman.
