Pendampingan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran pengambilan keputusan rasional berbasis isu sosiosaintifik terhadap mahasiswa PGSD

Isu sosiosaintifik yang semakin kompleks menuntut kemampuan abad ke-21 seperti pengambilan keputusan dan literasi informasi. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang relevan adalah model pengambilan keputusan rasional berbasis isu sosiosaintifik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi mahasiswa calon guru SD/MI dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran dengan model tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah Community Based Participatory Research dengan tahapan laying foundation, planning, information gathering & analysis, serta acting on findings. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 84 mahasiswa dari PGMI UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon dan PGSD Universitas Kuningan. Kegiatan dilakukan secara sinkron melalui Zoom dan asinkron melalui WhatsApp. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket dan dokumentasi proyek, dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa terkait penerapan model pembelajaran tersebut dalam perangkat ajar. Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi isu sosiosaintifik dan menyusun solusi rasional melalui perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan ini efektif meningkatkan kapasitas mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran inovatif berbasis isu sosiosaintifik.
