PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN MENGENAI SARAPAN PAGI DENGAN MAKANAN SEHAT MELALUI PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN DI SD BABAKAN 3 DESA BABAKAN KECAMATAN CIPARAY KABUPATEN BANDUNG

ABSTRAKSarapan merupakan kegiatan rutin di pagi hari yang harus dilakukan guna memenuhi kebutuhan energi di dalam tubuh agar dapat melakukan aktivitas secara optimal. Hal tersebut sangat penting terutama bagi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar karena dapat mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan serta berbagai aktivitas di sekolah. Anak yang melewatkan sarapan seringkali menunjukkan sikap lemas, pusing atau sampai pingsan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat yaitu dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan dengan ceramah tanya jawab. Media yang digunakan yaitu video, power point serta video mengenai makanan sehat, tumbuh kembang anak, kebiasaan sarapan. Sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu orang tua siswa dan guru. Tempat pengabdian masyarakat yaitu di SD Negeri babakan III di desa babakan kecamatan ciparay kabupaten bandung. Hasil dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu di harapkan ibu untuk berkomitmen dalam memberikan sarapan pagi, adanya kerjasama dengan pemerintah desa maupu swasta untuk pengadaan sarana kantin sehat di lingkungan SD negeri babakan III desa babakan kecamatan ciparay kabupaten Bandung.

ABSTRACT
Breakfast is a routine activity in the morning that must be done to meet the energy needs in the body in order to carry out activities optimally. This is very important especially for children of primary school age because it can support growth and development and various activities in school. Children who skip breakfast often exhibit weakness, dizziness or fainting. The method used in community service is health education with question and answer lecture. The media used are videos, power points, and videos about healthy food, children's growth and development, breakfast habits. The targets in community service activities are parents of students and teachers. The place of community service is SD Negeri Babakan III in Babakan Village, Ciparay Sub-district, Bandung Regency. The result of community service activities is an increase in parents' knowledge before and after health education is given. The recommendations given in this community service activity are expected to be committed to providing breakfast, cooperation with the government of the private can village for the procurement of healthy canteen facilities in the elementary school environment Babakan III Babakan village Babakan subdistrict Ciparay district Bandung regency.
