When someone has low self-adjustment, they worry that they will not be able to adapt to their new environment. Finding out how well students adapt to using the services offered is the main objective of this study. This study used an explanatory sequential design and a mixed-method approach, both of which were created by Creswell. Thirteen students from grade X at SMA Pasundan 1 Cimahi became the subjects in this study; they were evenly divided between the experimental and control groups. Interviews, observations, and personal adjustment surveys were some of the methods used to collect data. According to the findings of this study, there has been a significant change in comparing the scores on the pretest and posttest. The findings of this study revealed that the experimental group obtained an average n-gain score of 63.7%, which placed them in the highly effective category, compared to the control group's average score of 31.2%, which placed them in the ineffective category. The results of the study indicate that group guidance using problem-solving strategies for students' self-adjustment is effective, based on interviews and observations. This study employs mixed methods, using an explanatory sequential research design. </em><em>The subjects in this research were 8 experimental group students and 8 control group students who had high academic procrastination. The results of the research show that the comparison between the pretest and posttest questionnaires shows that there is a decrease in academic procrastination. These results can be proven in the independent sample test, that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 &lt; 0.05, </em><em>This indicates that Ho is rejected but Ha is accepted. Aggressive behavior is behavior that aims to injure or destroy. The research was located at Karya Pembangunan Ciparay Middle School. The research method used is a Mix method with a Sequential Exploratory design. The student subjects were selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type, namely with the criteria of class VIII students and a high/moderate aggressive behavior scale, totaling 6 students. Data collection is through non-test instruments in the form of interviews and observations, and test instruments in the form of questionnaires. Although considered a harmful habit, procrastination is a complex and multifaceted topic, which involves psychological, social and environmental factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the application of group guidance with behavior contract techniques in reducing procrastination of junior high school students. The method used in this research is quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The samples of this study were 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students at SMP Plus Anwarul Huda. The students involved were 20 students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T-Test test. The N-Gain test shows that group guidance with behavior contract techniques has an impact in reducing procrastination with a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.012 &lt;0.05 and the N-Gain Score results show the average result for the experimental class of -1.004 and the average group class is -0.061. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of a self-confidence questionnaire given to 74 students from two classes, namely classes VIII-F and VIII-A. The results showed that the profile of self-confidence in level VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Cimahi based on aspects of confidence in their abilities, most students were in the high category, as many as 39 students with a percentage of 53%. Meanwhile, of the five aspects that are most in the very low category, namely in the rational and realistic aspects, there are 13 students with a percentage of 18%. based on the results of the graph, it shows that female students are more in the very low category, totaling 7 while male students are 4 in the very low category. In addition, the difference between classes based on the results of the graph shows that class VIII-A with a percentage of 50.7% and class VIII-F 49.3%. The method used in this research is mixed methods with explanatory sequential design, which combines quantitative and qualitative research. Data collection techniques for quantitative research were carried out through distributing questionnaires that had been validated by experts, while qualitative data were collected through observations and interviews with counseling teachers and three seventh grade students. This research was conducted at Nusantara Raya Junior High School with 14 seventh grade students divided into two groups: 7 students for the experimental group and 7 students for the control group. The results showed an increase in students' self-confidence through the application of group guidance services with cognitive restructuring techniques, with a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.002 &lt;0.05, which indicates that H1 is accepted. This study uses a mixed method with a Sequential Explanatory Design research design. The subjects of this study were students of class X SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi, with a population of 108 students, and a sample of 4 students. Sampling used a random sampling technique. Data collection used a positive learning attitude questionnaire. The data analysis technique used parametric statistics, namely the t-test and the N-gain score test, which were first carried out with prerequisite tests, namely the normality test and the homogeneity test with the help of SPSS for window version 22. The results of this service indicate that group guidance services with the homeroom technique are effective in improving students' positive learning attitudes. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test obtained a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.004 &lt;0.05, so there is a change in the results of students' positive learning attitudes using the homeroom technique. The obstacles of the BK teacher in this study were in the students and the time and background of the BK teacher who was not originally a counselor, while the obstacles for students in this study were student confusion in following the services implemented and in students who were still shy and indifferent when discussing.
