Reviewed in terms of aspects of time management, gender, and class grades so that it is obtained to determine the profile of time management in students. Survey-based quantitative research focuses on this research. This is a population of 401 students at SMPN 1 Leles. The sampling technique is selected based on the random sampling technique. Based on the results of data acquisition, it shows that most students have time management skills that are being seen from the average value of class results.</em><em>The average score of female students of 98.60 is categorized as medium, while in men a score of 98.79 is obtained. However, based on the average results, the higher scores are in male learners. Based on aspects, time management has 5 aspects, in the aspect of having an average goal of results in 401 learners, which is 43, in the aspect of having an average planning of results 12, in the aspect of being able to utilize the average time of results 16, in the aspect of prioritizing the average time of results 17, and the last aspect is participating in activities that are liked on average results 11. This study uses the RnD (Research and Development) method. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII at SMP An-Naja Boarding School, totaling 25 people. The product validity test was carried out by material experts, media experts, practitioners and students' responses to the module media products. Class XI high school students are in the developmental phase of their late teens who already have to think about career choices after graduating from high school. The ability of students to determine their careers is determined by an understanding of future career planning. This study uses research and development methods according to Borg and Gall which aims to produce a product that has been tested for feasibility by several expert validators, namely material experts, media experts, and expert practitioners. The subjects in this study consisted of 10 students in the limited trial, and 30 students in the wide trial, all of whom were class XI students at SMA Angkasa Bandung. Based on the results of the validation test to 3 validators and the results of the limited and extensive trials by students, this animation video based on Powtoon obtained an average percentage result of 95.90%, included in the very suitable category for use through revision. Self Regulated Learning is the ability of students to know their learning potential, and if the student has Self Regulated Learning, he can set what learning goals he wants to achieve. Group guidance in this study can be interpreted as a service provided by a counseling teacher to a group of students in class </em>VIII <em>at junior high school, which aims to enable students to improve their self-regulated learning. The results showed that after being given the group guidance service process using the Homeroom technique, there was an increase. The purpose of this study was to find out the conformity of truant behavior before being given service, the implementation of the service and the effectiveness of group guidance services using the Cinematherapy technique to reduce the conformity of truant behavior in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Cipeundeuy. In this study using the Mix Methode with the explanatory sequential design. This design is the use of two quantitative and qualitative research methods sequentially (sequence). The population of this study was 100 students using a purposive sampling technique, namely 8 students who had a high conformity category based on the results of the pre-test. Quantitative data were collected using a conformity questionnaire for truant behavior, then for qualitative data using observation and interview techniques. The variables in this study were group guidance with role playing techniques and learning burnout. The burnout theory used is based on the theory of Maslach and Jackson (1981). The research method used is a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 10 class VIII students. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires (pretest and posttest) and analyzed by T-test while qualitative data were collected through observation and interviews which were analyzed using data reduction. The results of the quantitative data showed that there was a decrease in student learning burnout through group guidance services. role playing technique with a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 &lt;0.05. So it can be concluded that group guidance services with role playing techniques are effective in reducing learning burnout for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Cipatat. The research method used is R&amp;D (Research and Development) with the Borg and Gall development model developed by Sugiyono. Analysis of the data used is for qualitative data using the steps of describing, classifying/categorizing, and connecting while for quantitative data using descriptive and inferential statistics. The subjects of this study consisted of material experts, media experts, practitioners, and class XI students of SMAN 1 Saguling. The results showed that the development process was carried out through 9 stages including (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product trial, (7) product revision, (8) use trial, (9) product revision. Then rely on the developed module, namely media experts by 95%, media experts by 100%, students during trials by 85%, students during trials by 90%. So that from the five assessments the module developed is included in the "Very Worthy" category. Then for the effectiveness of the developed module, it shows the value of sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 &lt;0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
