Pelatihan kecakapan hidup berbasis digital bagi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan masyarakat FIP UPI untuk meningkatkan employability di era digital

Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital, dunia kerja mengalami transformasi yang signifikan, di mana keterampilan digital menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan employability. Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Masyarakat (Penmas) FIP UPI, sebagai calon tenaga kerja di berbagai sektor pendidikan masyarakat perlu dibekali dengan keterampilan digital yang memadai agar mampu beradaptasi dan bersaing di pasar kerja global yang semakin berbasis teknologi. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan kecakapan hidup berbasis digital ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa Penmas dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja di era digital. Pelatihan ini memfokuskan pada pengembangan keterampilan dasar dan lanjutan dalam penggunaan teknologi digital yang relevan dengan dunia kerja, seperti penguasaan perangkat digital, aplikasi kolaborasi, serta komunikasi efektif dalam platform digital. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga akan mencakup pengembangan life skills yang mendukung employability, seperti keterampilan manajemen waktu, komunikasi interpersonal di dunia digital, serta kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi.Kajian teoritik yang mendasari adalah konsep pelatihan, pendidikan kecakapan hidup, employbilitas dan pendidikan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis secara langsung kepada peserta pelatihan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa Penmas dalam mengatasi tantangan di dunia kerja modern dan membuka peluang lebih luas untuk mereka di pasar kerja digital. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga mendukung pencapaian visi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten, adaptif, dan siap menghadapi perubahan global yang terus berkembang.
