Privacy Statement

Abdimas Siliwangi is committed to protecting the personal data of its authors, reviewers, editors, and readers, in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

1. Data collected. The journal collects names, email addresses, institutional affiliations, countries, and ORCID iDs that users enter when registering or submitting a manuscript.
2. Purpose of use. These data are used exclusively for editorial and publication purposes, including communication with authors and reviewers, manuscript handling, and the publication of articles.
3. Published metadata. For published articles, authors’ names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and the corresponding author’s email address are displayed on the article and shared as metadata with Crossref and indexing services (e.g., SINTA,GARUDA, Google Scholar) to ensure proper attribution and discoverability.
4. Confidentiality in peer review. The identities of reviewers are never disclosed to authors, and the identities of authors are concealed from reviewers, in line with the journal’s double-blind peer review process.
5. No other use. Personal data will not be sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond those stated above.
6. Users’ rights. Users may access, correct, or update their personal data through their account profile, or request the deletion of their account by contacting abdimassiliwangi@journal.ikipsiliwangi.ac.id. Metadata of published articles cannot be removed, in order to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
