Pelatihan model pembelajaran Blended Culture bagi para guru di SMA Sains Tahfidz Qur’an Al-Ammar

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui pelatihan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Blended Culture di SMA Sains Tahfidz Qur’an Al-Ammar. Model Blended Culture merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran tatap muka dan daring dengan penguatan nilai-nilai budaya serta karakter keislaman yang relevan dengan lingkungan sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi konsep, pelatihan berbasis workshop, diskusi interaktif, serta praktik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Blended Culture. Peserta kegiatan adalah para guru dari berbagai mata pelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep pembelajaran Blended Culture, kemampuan merancang RPP inovatif, serta kesiapan dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang kontekstual, adaptif terhadap teknologi, dan selaras dengan nilai budaya serta religius sekolah. Kegiatan ini mendapat respons positif dari peserta dan diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran di SMA Sains Tahfidz Qur’an Al-Ammar secara berkelanjutan.
