EFEKTIVITAS LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK EXPRESSIVE WRITING THERAPY DALAM MENGURANGI KECEMASAN KOMUNIKASI PADA SISWA SMP MUSLIMIN CILILIN

This research is to provide an overview of communication anxiety of grade VIII students at Cililin Muslim Junior High School. This study uses a mix method method by combining two ways between quantitative and qualitative. The participants in this study were as many as 50 grade VIII students of SMP Muslimin Cililin. Sampling technique with purposive sampling from 2 classes that are in high categorization using group guidance services with expressive writing techniques. The examination utilized the autonomous examples T Test equation. In view of the consequences of the review, it was shown that bunch direction with expressive writing therapy techniques could reduce students' communication anxiety which was seen in a significant difference between the pre-test results with an average of 2.98 with high categorization. Meanwhile, the results of the post-test with an average of 2.65 with low categorization. The conclusion in this study is that group guidance with expressive writing therapy techniques can reduce communication anxiety of grade VIII students of SMP Muslimin Cililin.
