Aggressive behavior is behavior that harms others as a result of frustration or anger arising from disappointment or failure to achieve a goal or satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to determine whether group tutoring services using role playing techniques are effective to reduce students ' aggressive behavior. The method in the study was pre-experiment with one group pretest posttest design. “Ten students of SMK Mahardika were used as research samples. Purposive sampling method is used to select samples, or sampling based on certain considerations and predetermined criteria. Based on the t-test results obtained significance value of 0.000 0.5 which shows a significant difference between pretest and posttest students, the study showed that group guidance with role-playing techniques effectively reduce students aggressive behavior.
