PERSPEKTIF BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING PADA DISFUNGSI PERAN KELUARGA DALAM PERILAKU FEMINITAS PADA LAKI - LAKI

Abstract

This study aims to explore the guidance and counseling perspective on femininity behavior in males and the factors influencing it. Using a descriptive qualitative case study approach, the research collected data through interviews as the primary method, supported by observation and documentation. Findings show that feminine behavior in males is reflected through soft voices, graceful gestures, and the use of accessories typically associated with females. From a counseling perspective, such behavior is acceptable if the individual can adapt and interact appropriately in social settings. However, among peers, feminine males are often perceived as inappropriate, lacking assertiveness, and unfit for leadership. Influencing factors include hormonal/genetic aspects, family upbringing, peer environment, social media, and past traumatic experiences.
