Desain penelitian tindakan kelas berbasis ethno-science di MTs-MA Tahfidh Yanbu’ul Qur’an 2 Muria Kabupaten Kudus untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru

Guru-guru di MTs dan MA Tahfidh Putri Yanbu’ul Qur’an 2 Muria Kabupaten Kudus sebagian besar belum mengenal tentang pendekatan ethno-science dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Guru juga belum pernah merancang dan melakukan PTK, terlebih yang mengintegrasikan dengan pendekatan ethno-science. Padahal, pendekatan ethno-science mampu memperbaiki proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan membekali siswa dengan keterampilan abad 21. Selain itu, mampu merancang dan melaksanakan PTK adalah satu dari kriteria professionalisme guru dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan guru-guru untuk merancang PTK berbasis ethno-science bagi guru-guru MTs dan MA Tahfidh Putri Yanbu’ul Qur’an 2 Muria Kabupaten Kudus. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan pakar-pakar penelitian kependidikan baik bidang saintek maupun soshum. Kegiatan dibagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu seminar, workshop (pendampingan) dan umpan-balik. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dari khalayak sasaran dilihat dari kuisionaer yang diisi oleh peserta. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru-guru di MTs dan MA Tahfidh Putri Yanbu’ul Qur’an 2 Muria Kabupaten Kudus untuk dapat melakukan perbaikan proses pembelajaran selain meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka sebagai tenaga pendidik di sekolah tersebut.
