Pelatihan membuat Peyeum Bandung di kelas 9 SMP Darul Falah Cihampelas Kabupaten Bandung Barat

Peyeum merupakan makanan fermentasi berbahan baku singkong khas masyarakat Jawa Barat. Peuyeum mempunyai manfaat untuk kesehatan tubuh yang berguna untuk sistem saraf dan sistem pencernaan. Metode pelaksanaan kegitan ini adalah dengan cara praktek langsung membuat peyeum, 1 hari melakukan pencucian singkong, perebusan, dan pemberian ragi, serta difermentasi selama 3 hari. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 55 orang dapat membuat peyeum dan 18 orang gagal menghasilkan produk peyeum yang sesuai.
