Based on this research, the career planning of class X male students at SMA Pasundan 3 Cimahi can be improved by providing group career guidance services that use brainstorming strategies. The nonquivalent control group design in this study was a quasi-experiment. Through a comparison between the experimental group who received group guidance services together with a brainstorming discussion approach, and the control group who received group guidance only. Based on research findings, the experimental group's score increased by 57%, while the control group's score only increased by 41%. The results of research on the application of group guidance services using brainstorming discussion techniques for career planning for class X male students are quite effective. Important knowledge about how appropriate interventions influence students' career planning is provided by this research.
