PENERAPAN TEKNIK ROLE PLAYING DALAM BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TERHADAP PERILAKU PROSOSIAL SISWA DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic condition that affects the provision of guidance and counseling services in schools. Schools are still not able to optimize their services as a form of effort to handle prosocial behavior problems, especially the provision of group guidance services. To support group guidance service activities, an interesting technique is needed, namely thetechnique role playing. The research was carried out through qualitative research methods. The data collected in this study is data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were 3 students who tended to have a less caring attitude towards their peers, low tolerance and mutual help. The results showed that after being given group guidance service activities withtechniques role playing there was a change in behavior that was displayed compared to before the service was given. So it can be understood that the application oftechniques role playing in group guidance services is effective on the prosocial behavior of class VII students at MTs Al-Inayah Bandung City.
