Digitalisasi komunikasi dan evaluasi pembelajaran di Rumah Autis Depok

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi sistem pendidikan, termasuk pada pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Saat ini, Rumah Autis Depok menghadapi kendala terkait komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua yang masih bersifat konvensional dan belum terdokumentasi secara sistematis. Akibatnya, evaluasi perkembangan anak autis menjadi terhambat dan belum optimal.Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam memanfaatkan platform multimedia digital sebagai sarana komunikasi sekaligus instrumen evaluasi siswa. Metode pelaksanaan dirancang secara komprehensif melalui tahapan observasi, identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, sosialisasi konseptual, pelatihan teknis, serta diskusi reflektif yang diselenggarakan secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting. Dalam pelatihan ini, ClassDojo diperkenalkan sebagai media utama untuk mendokumentasikan portofolio interaktif siswa, didukung oleh WhatsApp sebagai saluran komunikasi harian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan literasi digital para guru secara signifikan. Peserta kini memiliki pemahaman mendalam mengenai pentingnya dokumentasi visual dan kesiapan penuh dalam menyusun laporan perkembangan berbasis digital untuk disampaikan kepada orang tua. Program ini berkontribusi nyata dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan dan komunikasi yang lebih terstruktur, profesional, serta berkelanjutan bagi anak autis.
