Abstrak

Learning loss has become an important issue in adolescent learning recovery, particularly after educational disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This community service program was developed to strengthen the resilience of adolescents in Cihaur Village, Maja District, Majalengka Regency, through a positive psychology approach integrated with sports participation. The program aimed to improve adolescents’ understanding of the psychological benefits of physical activity, encourage regular participation in sports, and develop positive capacities such as optimism, self-confidence, teamwork, discipline, stress management, and resilience in facing learning challenges. The implementation method consisted of preparation and coordination, socialization, sports training, positive psychology workshops, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. Sports activities included football, basketball, volleyball, and gymnastics, while the workshops covered mindfulness, goal setting, stress management, and reflection on sports experiences. The implementation indicated that integrating physical activity with positive psychology provided a supportive framework for adolescent engagement, social interaction, discipline, stress management, and readiness to face learning challenges.
