Pelatihan berbasis gamifikasi untuk penguatan implementasi model problem based learning dan project based learning bagi Guru MTs di Kebumen

Transformasi pendidikan pada abad ke-21 menuntut guru untuk mampu menerapkan model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, salah satunya melalui Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Project Based Learning (PjBL). Akan tetapi, implementasi kedua model tersebut di lapangan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti rendahnya pemahaman guru terhadap sintaks pembelajaran, keterbatasan pengalaman praktik, serta kurangnya pelatihan yang interaktif. Salah satu inovasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan guru adalah pendekatan gamifikasi (gamification). PBL dan PjBL merupakan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan pandangan kontruktivisme yang melihat perkembangan kognitif peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh proses sosial dan interaksi budaya. Sejak hari-hari pertama perkembangan anak, aktivitas-aktivitasnya memperoleh makna tersendiri dalam suatu sistem perilaku sosial dan diarahkan menuju tujuan tertentu. Model PBL dan PjBL mengutamakan interaksi sosial dalam prosesnya. Model tersebut membentuk kegiatan pembelajaran yang membutuhkan interaksi dan kolaborasi dengan tujuan agar peserta didik dapat mengonstruksi pengetahuannya sendiri melalui kegiatan tersebut. Model-model pembelajaran tersebut juga dapat dipadukan dengan media pembelajaran yang mendukung substansi materi serta tujuan pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu peningkatan pemahaman guru-guru khususnya MTs Kabupaten Kebumen dalam mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran PBL dan PjBL berbasis gamifikasi. 75% jumlah peserta berhasil menyelesaikan gamifikasi dengan skor di atas 80.
