Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of classical career guidance services using digital media in enhancing the career understanding of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 15 OKU. The research background stems from the students' low career understanding due to limited information and suboptimal career counseling services in schools. A quantitative approach was employed using a pre-experimental design, specifically a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample was selected through cluster sampling, involving one class. Data collection was conducted using a career understanding scale based on the Likert model. The results indicated a significant increase in students' career understanding scores after receiving digital media-based career guidance using Wordwall. These findings suggest that interactive digital media can serve as an effective alternative for delivering classical career guidance. The study concludes that classical services utilizing digital media are effective in improving students' career understanding and are recommended for implementation in school counseling practices to support more mature and directed career planning.
