KORELASI ANTARA HASIL TES MINAT DENGAN KEMAMPUAN BERORGANISASI HMPS BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING TAHUN 2024

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the correlation between the results of the interest test and the organizational skills of the Guidance and Counseling HMPS in 2024. This study uses a correlational method. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire and the results of the job interest test. The population was 69 Guidance and Counseling HMPS students and the research sample was 26 students obtained by random sampling. From the results of the data analysis, there was a correlation between the results of the interest test and the organizational skills of the Guidance and Counseling HMPS in 2024 with a product moment correlation coefficient between taking the results of the interest test and the organizational skills, namely r = 0.637 P-value = 0.000 greater than the value a = 0.05, so that the hypothesis test Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the correlation shows that the results of the interest test with organizational skills provide a large relationship.
