Mastery of digital technology is a crucial competency for English teachers in developing instruction that is communicative, interactive, and aligned with learners' characteristics. This community service initiative aimed to enhance teachers' competence in designing communicative, digital technology-based English instruction through reflective practice mentoring. The activity involved 40 teachers from the Bandung Regency English Subject Teacher Forum (MGMP). The program employed a participatory approach comprising needs identification, conceptual strengthening, lesson design workshops, the development of digital teaching materials, reflection, and mentoring. Data were gathered through observation, pre- and post-assessments, and participant reflections during the activities. The results demonstrated an improvement in teachers' ability to integrate digital technology into lesson planning, specifically regarding the formulation of communicative objectives, selection of digital media, design of interactive activities, and development of authentic assessments. Reflective practice also enabled teachers to critically evaluate their lesson designs and engage in continuous improvement. The initiative demonstrates that reflective mentoring can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening the pedagogical and digital competencies of English teachers.
