The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Discovery Learning learning model assisted by Liveworksheet on Statistics material on the mathematical critical thinking skills of junior high school students. “This study used a mixed method with a Convergent Parallel design, with the collection of quantitative and qualitative data together to obtain a more comprehensive understanding. Quantitative data were obtained from Pretest-Posttest, while qualitative data were obtained through student response questionnaires. The subjects of the study were two classes VIII MTs Ar-Riyadl. The research instruments included a descriptive test of mathematical critical thinking skills, and a student response questionnaire. Data analysis included normality tests, homogeneity tests, t-tests, and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the application of Discovery Learning assisted by Liveworksheets was effective in encouraging students' mathematical critical thinking skills and received positive responses from students”. Thus, this model can be used as an alternative innovative learning that helps students understand statistical concepts more meaningfully.
