Authors who publish articles in JPMI (Jurnal Pembelajaran Matematika Inovatif) retain the copyright to their published works. Authors grant JPMI the right of first publication of the articles.

Published articles may be distributed and reused in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.

Authors are permitted to enter into separate, non-exclusive agreements for the distribution of the published version of their articles, such as through institutional repositories or publication in books, provided that they acknowledge that the articles were first published in JPMI.

Authors are also permitted and encouraged to deposit and disseminate their articles through institutional repositories, personal websites, or other online platforms, both before and after publication, provided that they comply with the terms of the applicable license and acknowledge JPMI as the original place of publication.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that the use of third-party materials, including images, tables, text, and illustrations, complies with applicable copyright and licensing requirements. Where necessary, authors must obtain permission from the relevant rights holders before such materials are published.
